Blue Ridge Meal Prep grew from a shared love of great food, family, and the mountains of Western North Carolina.

Corey brings years of food and beverage experience along with the firsthand knowledge that comes from owning and operating her own successful meal prep company. After years of building that business, she made the decision to sell it and move to Western North Carolina to be closer to family, including her sister, Karen.

Karen has deep roots in Western North Carolina and has spent nearly two decades owning and operating businesses in the area. With a background in food and beverage, a passion for cooking, and years of serving the local community, she brings an invaluable understanding of the people and place Blue Ridge Meal Prep calls home.

Together, the sisters created Blue Ridge Meal Prep by combining Corey’s meal prep experience with Karen’s local roots and business experience, along with their shared belief that convenient food should still be fresh, flavorful, and something you genuinely look forward to eating.
